They can be purely academic: focussed on the beer itself, emphasising the hops, comparing the hue to autumn in The Lakes or that of a muddy puddle… or how the rich aroma takes you somewhere far far away and the bitter sensation as your taste buds explode into life.
Or they can be more personal, connecting that label with a moment in time, a memory for the future: it could be shared with a friend or watching the match. It could be a song, a snog, it could be so much better, or so much worse. If you are so inclined, there is even an area to place a drop of the good stuff.
